Envelopes w/ black dots

Any idea why envelopes with black dots on them aren't showing up?
You know the ones that show you what threads you have posted in.
Is it just me?

The feature was turned off to lighten the server load.

I was sure it was a problem with my computer. I formated my computer and when I came back here, it was like that :lol:
