for the GSR model, which year(s) model is the fastest? i have heard things about the 94s being really fast, lighter body style, and the 2000s being slower and shit like that - but i was just wondering what the deal was . . .?

old than 94 is fastest...but as far as the 94+ body series, the older ones are a LITTLE bit faster due to being obd1.

As far as I know and have ever been told (many times by people on this board) the 93 gs-r is the fastest (lucky me:evillol:)

the 92-93 gsr's are a tic faster due to thier extremely short gearing , the shortest of any integra including the type R

plus, id rather have the 1.8 liter in the 94+ gsr over the 1.7 in the older one.

OBD1- on board diagnostics
it was used to oversee all that the ECU handles
96+ cars switched to OBD2 and there's a function on the ecu to tend to Detune the car if you had air modifications ie: I/H/E
it will eventually "LEARN" the mods and will adjust your timming to compensate for extra air going into and away from the engine

Adjust in a good way, i.e. make the mix a little richer?
or adjust in a bad way, like tune the timing so that the mods make no difference?
