98' door locks won't work (all of them)

OK along with other problems that I am working out, my automatic door locks are not working. What the h#@$. The key fob works I hear the beep and hear something making a noise under the dash but the locks themselves don't move. When I push unload or lock button in car doesn't work and when I put car in gear it still doesn't work. Please if anyone knows anything about this let me know. I am pretty sure it is some electronic acutator or something easy but I am lost cannot find what is making the noise under the dash. I supose like almost everything else on the car will have to take it to the dealership. But don't get me wrong here. I LOVE THIS CAR!!!
