Knight Rider playstation 2

has anyone been able to find the knight rider game for the ps2 in america? i see it on ebay but it says that its PAL format whats that mean?

i've heard its pretty bad, got a bad rating from reviewers i've seen, maybe why its hard to find

i have it on my pc and its awsome, you can do anything with the car, scan buildings, jump over stuff, shoot stuff with your laser, microwave jammers, all that stuff. i think its cool.

The ps2 version as far as I heard was only released in Europe, thus why it has the pal form to it.
