front lower control arm

I've been redoing the suspension on my 94 del sol with polyurethane bushings and the last piece I need to do is the front lower control arm but I've just about given up. All the bolts come off easily but the part the connects to the lower ball joint is completely stuck. Haynes says to use a puller but eventually it just starts to bend the bolt. I've tried everything I can think of with all of my tools but have had no success. Any suggestions?

Your talking about the ball joint?
Hit the lower control arm right where the ball joint goes through with a hammer. The shock created usually pops it loose. Another way, lower the ball joint nut to the end of threads then hit UP on the nut.
Isn't a poly bushing kit fun to install, lol. THEY SUCK!
