boost on a regal gs 2001

I was wondering how high the boost is suppose to go if the car is stock with no mods? I was also wondering what type of oil I am suppose to add to the supercharger? I have a gm part number 12345982 but is it know buy any thing elese? I've heard mobile 1 but its a bit sketchy to me.

7.5 PSI, but I've heard of lower pulleys gaining 12 and up PSI. I'd only use the GM oil.

There was a guy at the nationals that ran a 12.8 on a FWD regal. 17 PSI with pump gas and the same alcohol injection kit that I have. It was a genuine rice killer
