Neon Colored Rims

I was flipping through a sport compact car magazine at the tire shop and I saw some rims that were a neon green color, and others that were neon orange. I dont remember the company that made them or what they were called, but I wanted to look at what other wheel colors they had. Does anyone know who makes rims like those?
