Wut to replace before head install??

I am about to install a replacement head on my b18a in the next week or 2. I was wondering wut I should replace before the install. Obviously gaskets are a main conern, but I also heard i should replace valve seals. Is this true? wut else?

if the head has a lot of miles replace it. If your gonna do mods and you want hp cams are probably the best hp gain besides a turbo. If your not i would stil put in gsr or type r cams youll notice a big difference. Valve train helps too cuz you dont want bent valves because oem cant take alot of really high reving or even just high hp and youll end paying alot more later when your head is on then just doing now when its easy

Im not asking about upgrades.........im asking about oem parts that should be replaced with the head is off on a high milage b18a.
