Need Blaupunkt radio information

I just purchased this passat and it has a blaupunkt Los Angeles CDM-147 am/fm/cd player..I figured most of it out but I cant get the demo to stop running when the radio is off. I have looked online and called the local vw dealership to no avail..

There are some Bosch/Blaupunkt rapair depots around.
There's one across from my company. (Toronto)
