This is a bit late, but are you sure it HAS a bulb? The later (91+) Accords have a fluorescent display for the clock. If it doesn't display, then it's not a bulb that needs to be replaced.

These are intergraded circuits with a LCD display for the clock....you have to replace the whole unit....however you can find them at the junkyard...i replace mine and just took out the innards and put them inthe original covering...Easy job..

But it's supposed to light up when the headlights are on. Mine (2002 model) doesn't anymore. Anybody know how to fix?

It's supposed to "light up" whether the headlights are on or not --- actually, it is DIMMED when the lights are turned on.
Like henrymv says - get a new one - it doesn't have a bulb.

Ok, I have a 2000 Accord EX and the clock DOES havea bulb. If you've ever replaced the radio in your car, you're familiar with taking out teh clock display. If not. Here you go
1) use a flathead screwdriver to pry the clock out of position. It's easiest if you pop the bottom out first.
2) After the unit is out, unplug the Hazard lights harness and the clock harness.
3) on the back of the clock unit you'll see the small bulb. Give it a half turn and it comes out
4) go to your Honda dealer. It should be no more than $4
Here's a link to replace the radio. The first few step are to remove the clock
