what kind of fabric

what kind of fabric is used on the interior of the new civic si's, is that the same type as the type-r? i want to get some sparco torinos and replace the fabric with that stuff with the black and red stitching, then have sparco embrodered into it, along with that i also want my back seats done with that and maybe my headliner/sun roof thing....

how much $$$ would all that cost minus cost of torinos?
