clicking noise

I have an 03 accord, when I turn the ignition of there is a constant clicking noise coming from under the dash (drivers side) that sometimes wont shut off unless you restarts the car. any ideas?

probably a relay switching on and off. is anything else in the car turning on and off, like lights, or anything? does any noise come from there under normal conditions, and if so, when?

no nothing else turns on or off. when you turn the ignition off it starts to click. That is the only time it does it.
