98 escort rough idle & TSBs

Have a 1998 ford escort se 4dr sedan,2.ol sohc 4
cyl.64,000 miles i get vibrations after warm up at
idle stronger vibs when turn sig or a/c or heater is turned on at idle.i got a scanned trouble code of po 1506,found TSB 03-15-15 and TSB 01-20-5,want to know if & how the TSBs refer to this and if the idle air control valve is the problem if so can the (IACV) be
serviced.???????

I have a 2002 escort se and mine vibrates when I am at a stop light and the steering wheel vibrates but when i am driving it stops. this only happens once in awhile. I am still trying to figure out why. so when you find out the answer tell me . Thanks
