A/C compressor removal on 3.0 caravan

Can someone please guide me what is the proper way to take out AC compressor from a 1997 Dodge Caravan 3.0L engine. I have changed the compressor once before and there is not enough clearance to take it out. I ended up pulling the compressor a little bit forward and then I unbolted the compressor mounting bracket. I really don't want to do all that again. It looks like compressor don't have enough clearance because of the radiator fan assembly. Is it easier to remove the radiator fan as compared to the compressor bracket. If so can someone please tell me how to remove the radiator fan.
