AHHH White Smoke Need HELP!!!

Ok on my car when I start it up it white smokes a little bit... if I let it sit for 5-6 mins and press the gas it throws out a cloud of white smoke... but it doesnt do it when drioveing or siting... its like it builds up... when i start car... it shoots it out... if i sit at a red light then go it will shoot a lil out. what can it be???
Could it be the turbos??? because i have 123k miles on my car...
