Unable to Remove Brake Rotor

I was wondering if anybody could tell me how to remove a very stubborn brake rotor.
Here is the story with it: I need to replace bearings in the rotor. They are so bad that the casing they are in got all chewed away (some serious metal flakes when dust cover is removed). Now, i removed the wheel and brake caliper, dust cover, cotter pin, nut and washer and tried everything I can think of, but neither the bearings nor the rotor will come off. Anybody got ideas??
Oh yeah, in case it matters the Bonnie is a 1977.
Any help is appreciated.

You should be able to go somewhere and rent a puller if you can't get them off by hand.
