duramax diesel inline fuel pump?????

somone i know watched the show called Trucks on spike TV and he said something about an inline fuel pump for your duramax diesel. it is supposed to add 100 hp????? he is not computer literate so he asked me to check and see if i can find it, but i cant find it anywhere. if it even exists do you know where i can find it???
