96 Max, where should I get it repainted?

Hello again peoples, got a question. Im wanting to repaint my 96 maxima due to the 4 million rock chips , scratches, and wear tear. Problem is, i dont have 3000 bucks. Anybody ever heard of "earl scheib"? they have complete paint packages for like 600 bucks. Is this worth it, anybody ever been there before? Any advice and help would be helpful. thanks again every1
