Camaro or Chevelle?

alright, I have a 1984 camaro Z28, its all stock at the moment. A friend of mines parents sold him there old 71 four door chevelle. Its a 307, 2 barrel carburated. If you don't know my camaro is a 305 4 barrel carb.
Now lets say both drivers have equal skill, and there are no driver faults, which car do you think would win in a race?

chevelle, no competition that thing is so much nicer and faster, but it wont be as much as a difference since the chevelle isnt 394(i think thats the number) cause i was about to get one but didnt cause it got sold... it was fast... the whole engine was new and transmission was new too... but you still got the newer age technology advantage, but i still think he will win...

you really think so, even with the weight difference?
either way it was just out of curiousity

Im not so sure the chevelle is a big pig with a 2 barrel 307???
