Funny Morning Drive...

This might sound like a racing story at first, but its not



Well I get up to head to work, take my normal route here. As I come to a stop light, this old accord (80's maybe early 90's) pulls up beside me. He's got the big exhaust strapped on, the rear wheeles have 17's but the front ones still have the OEM hubcaps, he's got numerous stickers in various places. Now he looks over and revs at me, this is at around 9:30 in the morning, so I'm thinking, what the hell is wrong with these people? So I look over and laugh, he takes me seriously and guns it when the light turns green, I go about my normal speed. I come to the next set of lights and he looks over shakes his head and guns it again when it turns green, I make a right. Now all this happens, and I finally reach my destination and look for parking, as soon as I did, guess who pulls up beside me? Yup you got it, accord guy. Steps out of his car, and makes a smart-ass comment "too bad your car looks faster than it is". I just nod my head and he continues "maybe you can sell that POS and get a real car" laughs histerically and I walk into my office. Step in and I'm told theres new hiree's that I'm going to be supervising for a week....and guess who's one of the new hiree's? Once again, good guess! This jackass is under my thumb...:evillol:

Moral of the story - if you're going somewhere for an interview, don't do anything stupid at least 3 blocks from the work place

I'll see what I can do for today, but I'm going to need suggestions on how to take care of ricers. For all those who need to punish ricers, you can do so, through me :D

make him wear latex gloves with lube on them all day, because you have a "job" for him that requires it.

what will his duties over the course of the day consist of? need a little background if im gonna dig up some punishment.

Well I'm giving these guys a test later on today, see what they've retained from their training....I'm just going to modify his a little bit

Well everyone is listening on calls and will fill out a sheet on hwo they will handle it....saved my buddy the worst call ever recorded, let's see how he deals with it

brilliant. I think the adhd in his ricer genes will not allow him to exceed a 5min window of listening. maybe you will catch him sleeping on the job on his first day.

Not really my job to fire or anything, just make sure they have enough knowledge to take real calls and get them introduced to the real work environment. At the worst, he'll have to redo all his training (which consists of 8 weeks of boredom)

Hmm, things you can do... you will have to let us know more about his working environment. Does he have a cubicle yet? Anyone in your office have a beatup car that you could use?? :D simple things like that.

I remember in HS we use to chain cars and tow them around the parkinglot locked tires and all and just leave them blocking other cars.

Try sending him a email telling him to tryout for a secret racing gang outside of town like 50 miles away in the middle of the night. Or say something to the twist of... "I have notified the other potentials.. the first one there can join our elite street racing group.." "D

I was thinking at the end of the little trip, you announce he is the winner with a little note, and you send him another 50 miles to the 'secret hideout' except lose him in a very confusing city with a fake street address and number. It will take him hours to finally give up.

Raz, I would PAY to be put in the position to kick that kid's ass. Just find something REALLY subtle, and don't do it right away. Like, my roommate is a complete beeotch, so I'm going to put catnip all over her stuff so her damn cat sheds all over it... this after she finally cleaned up her belongings after almost 2 months of mess. ;)

Well, they all finally finished their written part, now it's time for me to look over it. Just adding a little bit of negative comments here and there. Just making sure the loser knows he's one. Yup yup, my day is going great, not gonna waste everything today either so I'm not gonna be doing anythjing further than this (plus now they just go and double jack with other agents and see how they handle calls and compare notes)

Maybe I'll race him tomorrow if I see him, then I can just poke fun and put him down :lol2:

lol, the 1-800 number will not automatically ruote you to him. And theres not way you can reach him at his extension because thats for internal transfers...
