Tranny Shift solenoids - 96 Lumina - Has anybody replaced em?

My tranny is shifting wierd and I found a service bulletin that says that the shift solenoids need replacement and that they're inside the tranny.

It's a 4t60e tranny. Has anybody done this? Is it a bear or is it easy?

I've got the same problem, and would love some advice too!!!

I'm hookup up some test stuff to the ECM and hoping to find that the ECM is shifting weird because of bad input from hopefully a bad sensor, possibly speed sensor or something like that. I'm not too hopeful tho. Will let you know if I find something different than bad solenoids...
