Replacing PCV Valve

How do I replace the PCV valve on 1999 Suzuki Esteem wagon ? Look like all that need to be done is remove the small clamp on the hose, remove the hose, and pull out the PCV ?? Any precaution when removing and replacing the PCV.

not realy make sure when replace pcv clean the hose no carbon inside.
