You can get custom rate Ground Controls. The off the shelf coils are very mild - to suit most people's needs. But if you plan on autocrossing or road racing you would need stiffer springs.

I think Skunk2s were around 250f/180r (guessing).

I have 350f/400r and mine is considered tame in most cases. I have friends who autocross a dedicated car with 700f/800r springs. But I like my kidneys and back the way they are :)

Getouttahere Erick! hahaha j/k f00!

Actually, for Civics at least, Skunk2's are an unusually high 500lbs. front and 400lbs. rear spring rates off the shelf. This is why most people complain that they are "too bouncy." They were developed with more performance in mind and possibly drag racing? I dunno.

Ground Controls on the otherhand are 380lbs. front and 280lbs. rear respectively.

And the answer, G/C is about the only company that makes units for different applications, rather than one universal sleeve/spring combo for all. You can get ones for stock struts, ones for Koni Yellers like you have, or ones for something like Tokico Blues. But you can also like I've told you before, and CivicSiRacer said, you can get them built to order to whatever spring rates you specify.
