Electrical problem

i have an electrical problem with my chev s10.
A fuse blows out everytime I want to change it.
It is fuse no. 2 (20 A) witch is in use for the interior lighting, electr. mirrors, etc.
Does anyone recognizis this problem and/or knows what I can do?
