2001 Jetta front Blinker

Does anyone know how to change the bulb for the driver's side blinker on a 2001 Jetta? The owner's manual just says to take it to a dealer. I would rather just do it myself and save $50 for a 15 minute job.

Hi i just changed mine on a 2001 TDI 1.9....very simple lift hood plastic piece black in color open tab pull bulb out...replace...very very simple...
