Well its been half a month and I havent been able to get my 94 to start. It has spark cranks but just will not catch.Im sure that it is something simple right?Since I did not recieve an answer to the egr question Im guessing that it was either a stupid question or it had already been answered somewhere else.Im just glad it died in the driveway so now we have a nice lawn ornament. Some one told me that a 32 code could just be a cracked vacuume line where ever that may be.this is very discouraging.

just a little input.... I had a 1990 lumina that got gas, and stong spark and would crank and crank and crank, but would not start. Turned out being the ECM itself. Try having some one try and start the car, and while its cranking, tap the ECM, and if nothing, tap harder and harder. If it tries to turn over, or better yet, does, replace the ECM. I believe (its been a long time since I did this) the ECM is located on the passenger side of the vehicle under the hood? (Correct me lumina drivers) Maybe I'm wrong. One of my cars had it there. Also try and recieve any error codes the ECM might be throwing out. You can find info on this forum or anywhere else on the net on how to do that without purchasing anything. Good luck, and keep us informed.

Could be the crank sensor. Had the same problem. Replaced the part for 30 bucks, but was a tough fix. It's located behind the engine next to the knock sensor. You can either get at it from under the car, or tilt the engine forward and get at it by lying on the engine.

a code 32 is an EGR circuit code. Normally, a bad Egr will make it run bad, but won't cause a no start. You said you're getting spark, so that would rule out a crank sensor. I would put a fuel pressure guage on the rail and see what kind of pressure you have. IF it's not a minimum of 31psi (key on, engine off), you have a fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator that's bad. It is possible to have fuel, but not enough pressure to operate the injectors.
