need some info

ok i just thought i try get some info now just in case i didnt get piston rings the right way.....my question is whats the best way to put the rings on and make sure they stay in the same spot when inserting them into block

very carefully. they also make ring expanders for the week at heart. Rings will inevitably turn inside the chamber, but turning the gap 180* appart before you compress them and tap the piston in will give you as good of a start as you can get.

what a friend weas saying he was like whats it matter they turn inside the bloc but we still did best we could from what book said
