Any complications?

Just found a JDM guage cluster and was wondering if there are any probs puttin them in. Its s13 to s13, but would the left side drive and RSD affect the clusters shape? And the reason i want it is because ill eventually get the SR and dont want a seperate boost guage. I just assumed the JDM one would have it in there.
Also while im at it, is there a diff between the climate control stuff? I found that as well. Would it work? Thanks...prob wont do the climate control thing, but just wondering.
