should i rebuild my ls engine

i got a 92 integra ls and got the stock b18a non vtec engine in it. I dont really like it its slow and has 250,000 miles on it. I was thinking about dropping it and dropping a b18c1 in. Would that be a good choose or should i try to rebuild this engine. If i was to build i was thinking about boring it out and changing the compression. and even trying to turbo it up. What do you guys think try doing this or just drop it?? or what about removing the head and going ls/vtec? but i know if i do that i have to change the pistons out then.

Save your time and do the B18C1 with low miles. If you can find one. There are lots om importer sites up that are bringing them in from Japan and you check ebay as well.

man i cannot sell my car for one its has like 274,000 miles in it and i have put like 6k into it and i probly can only get like 5k for it

drop a gsr engine in it... should be easy to find
