Child Locks

Does anyone know if the 90 LeSabre comes with rear child locks that stops someone from opening the door from the inside. Also I'm thinking about if it's possible to cut the power to the rear windows. I was thinking of looking at the driver's side console on a Park Ave to somehow make use of it. Darn kids!! Gotta love them!!
