Big Question for all you engine buffs

I drive a 92 prelude si with an H23, AEM CAI, DC ceramic headers,and an Apex'i N1 exhaust. around my town there are just a couple cars that are faster than me. and im not saying this to brag or anything. but i have raced a couple 240 sx's a couple Lancers, eclipses, mustangs, etc. and especially other preludes who have the same mods as me. The guy bought the car from said he had it bored out, stroked, ported, polished, all of this crap. I'm fairly illiterate to all of the engine lingo and stuff. All i know is that ive raced cars with the same mods and more and still beat them, so i was wondering what is bored out, stroked, ported, polished, and is it possible on my engine. like i said im not saying this to brag or seem like an ass i was just curious. thanks

First off all of that is possible to your engine
Boring is when you trying to get more liters out of you rcar like you have a 1.6 liter and you bore it to a 1.8. Im not to familiar with stroking, but port n polishing is like cleaning the block and sleeving it when your engine block is going to go turbo. It really strengthens your car to gain horsepower and prepares it for real racing

ok boring the block is to make room for larger pistons.....stroking is putting in a new crank that will all a larger "stroke" to increase you displacement such as 2.3L to 2.6L, and port and polishing is when you take the head and match the intake and exhaust inlets and outlets and match the runners up with the head to get a more even air flow through them. anyone correct me if i am wrong on these.
The stroking of an H23 I don't believe is possibly. I have never seen a stroker kit for the H23 or even h22 for that matter. Stroker kits usually come with a new crank, pistons, and rods to be able to accomidate the new added power and stroke of the engine.
