trouble with tires

Bought new set of tires for my 95 spyder, but I am having trouble with one rim. Chrome has started to bubble , and tire wont seal properly, which leads to having to fill tire up every other day. My question is this:
should I have rim re-plated, or can anyone tell me where I can buy a single rim. I still have my stock rims.
Any other ideas? I have taken it in twice to have problem fixed, but it hasnt worked yet.

If u have taken it in twice and it isnt fixed yet then i would just find anther rim.. im sure ebay would have some

3/4 of my rims are bubbled and chipped bad, get a new one, it's not going to get better and try to pawn off that bad one while your at it.
