I Have A 84 Mustang With Stock Drum Brakes In Rear. I Want To Change That But Am On A Limited Budget And Would Like To Convert To Big Disks With 5 Lug. Any Tips On How To Do This For Cheap

are you leaving the front 4 lug? if your'e gonna do something you might as well go all teh way...

i'd check out the kits at www.50resto.com. you have to replace your rear axles when you do this, make sure you keep this in mind. if your'e gonna do that, you might as well do bearings and a rear gear while you have the diff open...

expect to pay hundreds of dollars for the new axles/rotors/calipers, etc that you'll need. more if you're gonna do bearigns and a gear. hope you can do all this yourself, cuz it's a lot of labor.

Not an easy job for the shade tree mechanic. You will need more than your average hand tools.
