I'm installing it...but don't know how tight it should be, the instructions say to tighten it so no air is leaking at idle. www.stealth316.com pretty much recommends a trial and error process...which I will do, but anyone got any practical tips? Also, they sent me a t-junction with the BOV...and I have no idea why. This BOV is a direct replacement for the stock...I shouldn't have to tap into any other vacuum lines...right?...so why the 'T' junction?

It really is a trial/error process. Cap the recirc tube off, and disconnect it from the BOV and simply stand there until you can't feel air coming out of the BOV.
