Sway bar questions

Ok so I'm in the process of putting some neuspeed sport springs, kyb agx's and a rear sway bar on my 96 hach. Should I get a front sway bar for it? what will my ride quality be like without a front sway bar? I plan on putting a b-series motor in it and 99% of my driving is on the hwy.
