leaky rad

well... earlier today, i saw that i had a bit of antifreeze leaking from somewhere... i thought, well crap that's no good, so i took off one of the lower splash guard things and saw that it was coming from my lower rad hose, so i decided that i'd give the old coolant a flush... did that, everything was all fine and dandy until i went to go put everything back together and fill it up... after i had gotten everything good and clamped down, started to fill up the rad and it started leaking from the same place... so i got really pissed off and kicked a wall.. then took everything back apart again... checked it all over with a magnifying glass, and i couldn't see any cracks in the rad or the hose... any idea's what the problem could be?

you said u saw it coming from the lower radiator hose. did u replace that? if u got the green fluid i think u can use a UV light to find the leak.

yeah, i haven't had time to get to that yet... but once i got everything tightened down, it was still comin out fairly quickly... like i'm talking thin flow... it's right where the hose connects to the rad... i know it was sealed down well enough cause i almost broke the clamp tightening it down... we'll see once i get a new hose for it

that's bad...could be the plastic connection on the radiator...that means new radiator.
