my check engine light came on and i was right by the dealer where my motorsports shop is and i went in and they said my AEM CAI caused my oxygen sensor to go bad. they wanted 350$ to fix but my car isnt running bad. I had them clear the code for the check engine light and it hasnt popped up since. Should i have it fixed?

did you reset your ECU when you installed your CAI? Because if you didn't, that might cause some problems to your O2 sensor.

Bull$hit. No CAI is going to damage an O2 sensor. They were probably trying to fleece you. I would highly reccommend you go to a different dealer from now on.
If the car is running well and the check engine light is off, I don't see any problem.
