fried anyone else out there

omg
my dad bought me my elantra sat 5 days ago
i got my system put in today (subs,amp,deck)
like 1 hr ago i took my car out wit my dad to get bread and to show off my new system that my bro gave me
when i get out i had everything off and my dad said its to dark and there r a lot of lil kids out so turn on ur headlights so when i did i heard a loud voom sound comming out of my subs.
but wut i didnt relize was that my instremental lightes r gone they dont turn on and most of the lights on my right side of my car is out
im gonna take this into the shop 2marro but it wouldnt be covered under the warrinte would it?

If i had to make a guess

did they use a body ground in the trunk ;located right of center on the trunk cill under the plastic .

if they grounded the amp there at g09 and there is a poor connection then when you trn the headlamps on 12v would back feed into the amp and the right side lights and the dash light could go out . check you ground at the amp and if there is factory wiring sharing the ground point think about moving the amp ground .

just a guess tell me how it turns out

one of the wires was loose so he fixed it
btw it was wire 6
