I recently had a no start condition on my 2002 Grand Caravan sport 3.3 which turned out to be that the fuel sending unit was inaccurate. I replaced the unit and filled up with gas. About a week later the check engine light came on. It was P0442, after reset a week later it was P0455, after reset a week later it was P0456. No apparent vapor leaks. (Checked with a smoke machine.) Replaced purge solenoid, LDP, LDP Valve, and gas cap in case of intermitant problem. Problem continues to recur at about 3/4 tank fuel level. Even warrantied sender in case arm was bent. I suspect calibration issue. Any reset or calibration procedure. Hard to duplicate problem without fillup and prolonged normal driving activities. Where did I go wrong or miss?

If under warenty keep hastling them.
You bought it, they built it.
I sounds like A crack in a line some where.
I had a simalar problem and it turned out to be a crack in the fillerneck.
Good luck and keep us updated!
