Has anybody had any problems with shipments from XTERRAPARTS.COM. I ordered the Calmini hi flow exhaust for my '02 Xterra and it took them 12 days just to ship!! No explanation.

They're pretty well-regarded, but not flawless.

Also remember Calmini has a problem with coming through on delivery dates, so it could have been on that side. However knowing that, Xterraparts shouldn't be taking orders on Calmini stuff unless it's in stock.
I always get a followup e-mail in the next 48 hours or so with a tracking number. If you don't get a tracking number, call early and see what's up next time.

Thanks guys - I just got the exhaust today and installed it! It sounds and looks good. Didn't notice too much of a power increase. I guess I'll do the K&N FIPK next. Sorry about posting in the wrong place. I'll move it there next time.

You won't get "much" of a power increase from an exhaust, I could have told you that ;)

No, but it will complement the FIPK better. After that I would forget about any kind of HP gains as minimal as they'll be.
