S4 exhaust on A4

i was wondering if i would gain any performance by adding a 2000 S4 exhaust to my 2000 A4 1.8T. and if i could do this how much would i cost? thanks

it doesnt bolt right up..in fact, its actually alot of work and I've heard it sounds like crap...so its really not worth it.

yah you cant just bolt an exhaust system for a 6 cyclinder onto a 4 cyclinder...it just doesnt fit...and besides if you think about it the only thing an exhaust system does is move the used air away from the engine...away from the thing making the power...you can increase the flow but that doesnt produce more hp...it just allows more room for the air to escape...it will not increase max hp at the flywheel...it will only slightly increase hp at the wheels...it will be too much money and time spent...besides there are hundreds of places that make exhaust systems for you car...it makes sense to go with something some professional has designed and not something designed for completely different engine
