crank no start 92 3/4 ton

I have a 92 C20 that stumped me I have replaced fuel pump, filter, both injectors, and all ignition componets. The truck will run for about 100 miles and then crank and not start. I have injector pulse with noid lite, can replace injectors and will run again. Puzzled here what am I missing here?????????????????????
