2000 chevy intermiitent stalling

I have a 2000 silverado with an intermittent stalling problem. While driving the engine will turn itself off. I've had it in to the dealer now for the third time and they can't get it to act up. The crank sensor, fuel filter and fuel pump have all been changed. There are no warning lights on the dash when this occurs and the dealer does not get any error codes from the computer. I had the truck back from the dealer and put about another 150 miles on it before it happened again. If anyone has had this problem and knows how to fix it please let me know the dealer is clueless as to how to fix the problem.

Your problem is bad gas. I have always used premium grade gas from 76 stations. Well, that was ok for my Jeep, Olds, and even the rice bunner, but when I first bought my 2001 Chevy 1500 I learned a hard expensive lesson. Ask details when you buy. I couldn't stand my truck at first. I live in the hot dusty desert of Southern California, my gaskets and fuel filter were so dirty and clogged (you know that grunge you find on the bottom of your oil pan) with crap. It would die on me in all the most embarassing places. (My baby only had 5000 miles on her at the time) So I finally called my uncle who is a master tech something something for FORD and he refered me to a great guy who changed gaskets to the fuel filter. And that helped but my problem was so bad I had to have the fuel system flushed and cleaned and dried and what a friggin hassel. My mechanic at the time gave me good advice.
He said Chevrolet (GM) and Chevron (gas) are made for each other. The cleansers Chevron uses in their "techron" gas are best for our trucks. He also made ref to AM/PM(arco) gas kinda being like bubble gum gas. He says they actually have an agent in the gas that helps attracts dirt and stuff. All I know is my truck is great again, but when I travel and can't find a Chevron (too damn expensive) station I can feel the diff in her power.
