what kinda heads are these??????

ok i just got some heads from a guy and noone can tell me what kind they are .. they came off a 302 i know that much .. but they have the letter S , the number 19 . and E6SE is stamped on the underside of the head that faces the tops of the pistons... so what kind of heads are these ?
