no injector pulse

i have a 92 with a 1.9. it sputtered and stalled at a red light no-start since. i took and tested the injector leads. I have power but no pulse. I replaced the computer and ignition control module but still nothing. it gets spark and fuel to rail. Can anyone help??? cant code test cuz of new ecm

a new ecm would find codes better than an old one. Check your fuel injectors with an ohm meter.

If the timing belt broke, the cam's not spinning and the cam sesnor is'nt sending the signal.
