Can some body tell me how difficult it would be to take a V-tech engine from a 3rd gen Integra and swap it into a 2nd gen integra

impossible. there was no V-tech engine in 3rd gen integra.

keep your 2nd gen cuz its obd I. it will beat a 3rd gen cuz there obd II. im supposing your talking about a b18c1 that u want to put in your integra.
the 94 b18c1 is the same as the 2000. the difference the computer. if you obd I you just use the same computer dont go obd II. but the engine stroke and bore are exactly the same from a 94-2000 for a b18c1. i might be a newbie but i no my engines well. hope that helped you out i just wish i had some more details so i can b more explicit. take it easy.

you dont know that well, not all 3rd gens are OBD2, 94 and 95 are OBD1, and I am not sure about this part but I think that the first 2 years of the 2nd gens were OBD0 as well.

you thin the 95 is, I know it is, said so in the firts post i put here. and about all B18C1s being the same, the B18s and B16's the 17 I think as well all have the same bore, and the B18C1 and C5s both have the same rod length/crank stroke, and the B18B and B20's have the same stroke/rod length but different bores. and as far as I know all the B16s are the same rod lenght/crank stroke as well.

they all just have different cr's.

I thikn the B18A is just liek the B18B as well but I dont know for sure so I wont guarantee that. keeping it like this makes it cheaper for honda than having all these different engines requiring reengineering/manufacturing of different length rods and tons of different cranks, different bores of cylinder sleeves, etc....
