i refuse to pay! sort of.

alright so i live in utah and i got a speeding ticket about a mouth in a half ago, cop marked me down for doing 10 over (which is really ironic becase just ten minets earlier i was doing in excess of 100) but anyways i went on a trip a day after and am still here in michian, im going back in a few weeks and i havent paid the ticket or anything will i have a nastey surprize waiting for me at home? i wanted to fight it so the day i got it i called themm and told them that i would be gone for 2 mounths but wanted to fight it, they said i could do that so i said, i few vulgarities and went on my trip the next day. think i can fight it when i get back?
