My Right Front Tire Has Been Squeeling For Some Time, Well Today It Has Really Started Squeeling, Could It Just Be The Breaks?

Most likely your brakes.. Take the tire off and check the wear indicator on the pad.. If your pad is still good and the wear indicator is rubbing the rotor, bend it back a bit with plyers..
you could also have gotten a small pebble or rock in the pad.. but they usually will break away or fall out right away

i heard the semi metallic ones leave alot less brake dust. which one stops faster? i don't honestly have a clue, if u wanna stop faster get some drilled and slotted rottors. those things look pimp too :naughty:

im pretty sure the more ceramic that you have in the pad, the more noise it makes at operating temp. ceramic pads perform better though...

I have ceramic, and they work great, opted for them over the carbon metallic.
