Door spring hinge tool?????

Where do you buy or how do you make a door spring tool so I can replace the door pins. Thanks Dave

I bought one at napa about $18 if I remember, took them a day to get it but turned out I didn't need one for an 89. someone here might be able to note the years you need one for.
