When I was polishing my Civic, I got all these streaks on it. Any idea on how to remove them? I tried washing with soap and water but that didnt work.

Have you tried just waxing it with some good caruba? Sounds like you have some residue left that a good waxing will take care of

The streaks are most likely areas where you rubbed through the Future. It does not polish well. The best thing I have found is to wax it with Zymol Wax. The more coats of wax the deeper the gloss. Everything else just seems to take the Future off, even Carnuba Wax. The key with Future is to apply it smoothly the first time. I wipe it on, it takes some practice but you can good results without streaks. I have used Future for over 15 yrs, I know it well, trust me on this one. You can reflow and smooth Future with a 50/50 mix of Ammonia and Future wiped on. Small areas can be touched with a Q-Tip.
